African Sunrise Marine has been actively involved in the film industry since 2005 with experience in stills, commercials, feature films and documentaries.
Based in Kwa-Zulu Natal with a very broad network of contacts and unparalleled local knowledge, we are strategically placed to offer you the best possible marine support and advice available when operating in our waters. We are, however, not geographically limited and have worked closely and successfully with production companies and other Marine Co-ordinators both local and international.
Marine Co-ordination
Marine Co-ordination involves the total management of all the marine requirements for your particular shoot, including but not limited to:
on-set technical support
logistical advice and solutions
marine crew and vessel sourcing and co-ordinating
camera, picture and safety boat management
marine location scouting and management
Our involvement from conception of the project will ensure that your shoot is serviced as efficiently as possible, that the right locations and vessels are sourced and all the marine aspects of the shoot run safely and smoothly.
